Yesterday marked the 1st Annual Graduation Event at The Commons as we celebrated a year of progress and achievement with our 1st cohort of LACASA kids at The Commons. Check out the festivities below. We look forward to many many more years at The Commons!
Thanks to the creativity and dedication of our LACASA staff, The Commons was decked out for the commemorative occasion.
Each student was awarded a unique certificate of achievement within the following categories: Enthusiastic Learner, Teamwork, Chess Achievement, Percussion Achievement, Helping Hand, & Putting Your Best Foot Forward!
Our staff was recognized for their hard work and dedication.
Our young leaders above,
Jailene, Jayson, Tomas, and Johnny, received the Fifth Annual Doris Rosenblum
Youth Leadership Award.
And our old(er) staff were awarded plaques in honor of their commitment and dedication to the mission and vision of The Commons: Richard Slade & Ramon “Been” Vasquez.
